1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Bon Plan mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Bon Plan is a community marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. It provides a platform for users to list items for sale, browse listings, communicate via direct messaging, and complete transactions using an integrated digital wallet.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Buying and Selling
Bon Plan facilitates transactions between users but is not a party to any contract between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users agree to use the platform responsibly and accurately represent the condition of items.
5. Digital Wallet and Payments
The App includes a digital wallet feature. Users can deposit funds, make purchases, receive payments from sales, and request withdrawals. By using the wallet, you agree to comply with all applicable financial regulations and Bon Plan's payment policies.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: (a) list illegal, fraudulent, or counterfeit items; (b) harass or abuse other users; (c) manipulate prices or interfere with other users' listings; (d) use the App for any illegal purpose.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bon Plan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
